ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Investing in a special piece of jewelry online can be a daunting process, please do not hesitate to email our sales team (sales@paolavanderhulst.com) with any questions you may have regarding the actual pieces, care, payment, or delivery information.

Given that most pieces are made-to-order, please allow up to five weeks for production. Should you require a piece on a more urgent matter, please email us at sales@paolavanderhulst.com prior to placing your order.

Pieces are shipped either from Mexico City or the US, depending on your location, via FedEx or UPS. Please read below for country specific import details.

Mexico

We use FedEx for all orders shipped in Mexico. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

United States

For all deliveries to the United States we use 24-working-hour FedEx. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

If US based, we now have the option of shipping directly from the US.

Due to the NAFTA agreement between the US and Mexico, all Paola van der Hulst jewelry is exempt of any import duties.

United Kingdom

For all deliveries to the United Kingdom we use 48-working hour FedEx. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

Prices on the site are exclusive of tax, but please note that upon entry you may be liable to pay a 2.5% duty plus the standard 20% VAT rate.

Europe

For all deliveries to Europe we use 48-working hour FedEx. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

Prices on the Site are exclusive of tax, but please note that country-specific fees, duty and custom taxes may apply. Feel free to contact us directly at sales@paolavanderhulst.com for country specific import information.

Please note that due to local restrictions, we are unable to ship any items to Belgium, Portugal and Russia at present.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to imports and exports worldwide, please note that all sales are final.

LATE AND LOST ITEMS

Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost items by FedEx.

Please note that Paola van der Hulst does not refund nor replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
